If your student is coming to school for ECSE, Pre-K, or kindergarten, we would love to see you on July 30th from 5:15-6:00 PM in the cafeteria. Bring your student so they can meet all of the teachers and play while parents listen to an Early Childhood 101 presentation. It’s a great way to get a head start on the year! If you plan to come, please fill out the RSVP https://bit.ly/FrankJuly30RSVP by July 28th so we can ensure enough seating for all.
This upcoming school year will be Frank’s 20th year, and we are excited to learn, grow, and explore together! Please join us at the school on July 30th from 6:00-7:30 for a fun evening together. We can’t wait to see you!
Join us for Meet the Teacher on Monday, August 10, from 5:00–6:30 PM. This will be a come-and-go event, giving your family the opportunity to meet your child's teacher(s), explore the classroom, drop off school supplies, and get excited for the new school year!

Dear Frank Family,
I want to share the news with you that I have made the difficult decision to step down as the principal of Frank Elementary and will not be returning for the remainder of the school year. It has been my honor to work with our students, staff, and entire school community.
Klein ISD is seeking input from Frank Elementary parents, students, staff, and community regarding the qualities and character traits you would like to see in the next principal. Klein ISD earned an A rating in the College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) component of the Texas Education Agency’s 2025 A–F Accountability Ratings and maintained a B overall, rising from an 80 in 2023 to an 86 in 2025.
Since the TEA raised performance standards in 2023, the district has seen a 30% increase in A-rated schools, a 13% increase in B-rated schools, and a 55% decrease in C-rated schools, with no schools rated D or F. All five high schools and all ten intermediate schools earned an A or B, and students across Klein ISD earned 127 academic distinctions, a 37% increase since 2023.
